How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. On your iPhone, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions, choose MiPose and tap Cancel Subscription. You keep Premium until the end of the period you've paid for.
I already subscribed. How do I get Premium back?
Sign in with the same Apple or Google account you used before. If you're still asked to subscribe, tap Restore on the subscription screen, using the Apple ID you paid with.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, open Profile and tap Delete account. This permanently deletes your account and favourites. It doesn't cancel your subscription, so cancel that in Settings first.
Does MiPose upload my photos?
No. Your camera preview and photos stay on your iPhone. MiPose can only add photos to your library, never look at it. See our Privacy Policy.
